My Motivation

Everyday, I wake up in the morning focus the mirror on myself, take a close look and I find myself different every time. I come across myself everyday, as a new person. This seems more self-centered, but when I think of what I see most, changing every day, the answer is in the mirror. Every day that I grow, I come across a new and different person. The perception of this reflection comes from my everyday activity and dwelling thoughts. "It shows on your face" is a common expression that we come across in everyday life. This applies as a changing period for me, as I see parts of me in different forms and sometimes it fits, and sometimes a essence comes into play. What intrigues me and what made me write this short article, is that you can rediscover yourself, everyday, it's you who choose to be and that is what defines you. This reflection comes to me as a truth, it exclaims in anger, as to why aspiring to be successful becomes hard to execute. This becomes my motivation, my mantra to success. I feel delighted to have this conversation within me, as it brings me satisfaction of where I am and what my goal is, every time. "Look within you, wear spectacles of wisdom and every internal conflict may have a third route". 

THE JOKE

I was all night long in bed,

When all at once, my phone rang,

I picked it up lazily,

"Come here right now!" it said.

"And who are you?" I asked just then,

"Mr. Anthony" the stranger said.

"Okay I am coming soon" I replied.

Then the line was snapped as the phone

I got out of my bed, and

"I must go," I said to myself

I tried to walk down steady,

But in ten minutes, I was ready.

Then I got into my Mercedes,

At about twelve at night.

When I reached the house of Anthony,

The wind was howling with the breeze.

As soon as I got into the house,

Looking at the spooky cobwebs,

A skeleton jumped on me!

Out of which came a teeny weenie mouse!

I shouted" Aah!" and then from nowhere

came "woo hoo!"

I then squeezed the mouse in my hand

into the size of a louse!

I then asked" who is it?" White with fear,

The voice then said, "I'm so very near!"

"I will suck your blood and cut your throat..."

the voice continued,

"But if you win my challenge..."

Then, my ears picked up.

"You might win my most precious cup!"

I whimpered like a lost little pup.

just then all the lights were on,

And Anthony stood high and tall,

He gave me some tea as he supped

And he said " you cried as if you were just born!"

THINGS AREN'T ALWAYS AS THEY APPEAR

A man was flying from Seattle to San Francisco. Unexpectedly, the plane was diverted to Sacramento along the way. The flight attendant explained that there would be a delay, and if the passenger wanted to get off the aircraft the plane would re-board in 50 minutes.

Everybody got off the plane except one lady who was blind. The man had noticed her as he walked by and could tell the lady was blind because her Seeing Eye dog lay quietly underneath the seats in front of her throughout the entire flight.

He could also tell she had flown this very flight before because the pilot approached her, and calling her by name, said, "Kathy, we are in Sacramento for almost an hour. Would you like to get off and stretch your legs?" The blind lady replied, " No thanks, but maybe my dog would like to stretch his legs."

All the people in the gate arena came to a complete standstill when they looked up and saw the pilot walk off the plane with a Seeing Eye dog! The pilot was even wearing sunglasses.

People scattered. They not only tried to change planes, but they were trying to change airlines!

And fight with them for everything.

Just in case, I get a new life,

So that, I could be by your side.

Racism

        

A white woman, about 50 years old, was seated next to a black man. Obviously disturbed by this, she called the air Hostess. " Madam, what is the matter ", the hostess asked. "You obviously do not see it then?" she responded. "You placed me next to a black man. I do not agree to sit next to someone from such a repugnant group. Give me an alternative seat."

"Be calm please," the hostess replied. "Almost all the places on this flight are taken. I will go to see if another place is available." The Hostess went away and then came back a few minutes later. "Madam, just as I thought, there are no other available seats in the economy class. I spoke to the captain and he informed me that there is one seat in the business class. All the same, we also have one seat in the First class. Before the woman could say anything, the hostess continued : "It is unusual for our company to permit someone from the economy class to sit in the the first class. However, given the circumstances, the captain feels that it would be scandalous to make someone sit next to someone so disgusting" She then turned to the black guy, and said,"Therefore Sir, if you would like to, please collect your hand luggage, a seat awaits you in the first class."

At that moment, the other passengers who were shocked by what they had just witnessed stood up and applauded.

This is a true story.

Rain on a hot tin roof.

Neighbours dropping in.
A party.

A summer night.

A rusty old bike.
An open road.




You can spend, Hundreds on birthdays, Thousands on festivals, Lakhs on weddings, but to celebrate all you have to do is spend your time with your loved ones...

Nature's colour palette

                                

 

In the early part of spring,

We hear many birds sing.

The blue sky,the green trees,

The butterflies and the honey bees.

The wonderful land of fantasy,

Where winds swirl in ecstasy.

Roses red and mulberry blue,

My wondeful world is a colored hue.

The sun the moon and stars, up in the sky,

Wish I could cathch them and fly.

The colorful nature all around me

I wish it stays as is seen.

The splashes of color all in my mind

was all in my dream, I wake up to find.

Unity

                           

    Unity is strength,

Without it we can't be friends. 

In unity we are all one,

Otherwise we are wear,

We should do what the wise say,

So that we don't lose our way.

While working together,

We should always have Co-operation and unity.
